The Sunset Capital Hawaii Fund is a 506C Debt fund that is devoted solely to projects in Hawaii. It invests in local Hawaii Real Estate with trusted and experienced operators. The fund returns a fixed rate of 10% or 12% APY depending on the investment amount. Interest only payments from the fund are paid out monthly. This fund is currently for accredited investors. The Sunset Capital Investments Fund is our way of making financial freedom a reality for others.
