The Hawaii Fund

Sunset Capital Investments

Fund Origin

The Sunset Capital Investments Fund is our way of making financial freedom a reality for others. By leveraging the skillset of investing in real estate (specifically in Hawaii), we are able to provide predictable, stable returns to investors. We like to say we can turn “Equity into Cashflow”. The goal is to provide a steady source of monthly passive income to our investors, so they can concentrate on time with their families and enjoy lives of freedom and prosperity.

Why Hawaii?

We Are Local

One of the things that makes us unique as a real estate investment company, is that our team is 100% local. We live in Hawaii, and we are investing in the same place that we live. Hawaii holds a special place in our hearts and we want to see it flourish. We genuinely care about the land here, and the people of the land. We are familiar with and have an intimate knowledge of the real estate landscape here in the Islands.

INVESTING INTO HAWAII

We also believe in not just investing in Hawaii, but investing INTO Hawaii. That means that we help provide local jobs to vendors, contractors, title companies, real estate agents, and more. We want to help put more dollars into the islands to help the people of Hawaii thrive.

HIGH DEMAND & LOW SUPPLY

Historically, Hawaii has been one of the most stable real estate markets in the country. The high demand and limited inventory give it a unique advantage over other US markets. Additionally, it’s proximity to countries in Asia, make it a desirable place for non-US citizens to invest and live as well. In the 2008 crash, the Hawaii real estate market was relatively unaffected.

Investor Returns

Track Record and Experience

We vet every operator we work with thoroughly. When we place investor capital, track record and experience are important factors. We only invest alongside operators we are intimately familiar with (Often our sister company We Buy Houses Hawaii), or ones we have a personal relationship with. Strong company values and sound financials are key components of our decision making process.
